Can I return my glasses?

Yes, we offer a full 14 day 100% money back hassle free return policy for your peace of mind. So long as the glasses are unused and in the same condition that you received you will receive a full refund.

What if they don’t fit?

So long as the glasses are unused and still in original packaging with tags we can exchange the glasses for you for a more suitable pair that fits.

What if my glasses arrive broken?

We very rarely have this problem as the glasses packages are sent out securely using reputable carriers. However if your glasses are broken, or break within 14 days, we will replace them free of charge.

What if I break my glasses by accident?

If you have recently purchased the glasses and for some reason they break e.g. if they are dropped  we will replace them free of charge. 

What is your return address?

Please email info@just-glasses.co.uk where we will issue you with a Returns Number.

This Returns Number will state which warehouse address to send your purchase back to. 

For Each Return Could you include:

Your Name
Your Order Number
Reason For Return

Upon Receipt a refund will be issued back to your payment method which you originally paid with.
